The printer was fine, but did not receive the ink ribbon with it. It was very uncomfortable. I sent an email and ask for the tape. Unfortunately, the ink ribbon was never sent for me. I had to buy the tape myself and it was not easy to find.

I bought this machine for my small business and the person who bought it new was not good. He kept freezing and it took a lot of sales. It is better to buy new enterprise and not online because if something goes wrong with it you can return it and get a new one free.

It seeks to replace an even older unit. Our merchant precess offered us a lease expensive to own offer, so I bought this on amazon. Could not the program that ended up trading with the processing company to another unit programming installed (an extra $ 50). I know I could come back and tried again but I needed a credit card machine.
